ET Intelligence Group: Foreign portfolio investor (REIT) interest in telecommunications stocks has increased following improved financial viability due to rising tariffs and government measures that are likely to improve cash flow. REITs have invested nearly 37% of their total inflows of $ 1,450 million (Rs 11,000 crore) in telecommunications stocks over the past 45 days, according to NSDL data.
