New tariffs for Econet voice, SMS and data plans as of September 1, 2022

Econet has once again revised the prices of its voice, SMS and data packages. The new rates will come into effect on September 1, 2022.

Dear clients
Please note the following changes effective Thursday, September 1, 2022:

1. Out-of-bundle USD airtime usage overview
You will be able to use your USD airtime without converting it to bundles to make voice calls, send SMS and browse data according to the tariff shown at https://www.econet.co.zw/services/tariffs_usd
Alternatively, you can use your favorite Smart USD plans for voice, data and text by dialing *143#

2. ZWL tariffs
We will review our ZWL rates for voice calls, data and SMS. ZWL tariffs subject to regulatory approval will be as follows:
Voice – ZWL$0.4325 per second
Data – ZWL$4,1036 per MB
SMS – ZWL$5.3309 per SMS

3. ZWL package prices
We will review the prices for our ZWL Voice, Data & SMS bundles as listed at www.econet.co.zw/services/bundles
