Kinzelman advises on antitrust regulatory issues related to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He also regularly assists venture capital and growth funds, venture capital backed companies and public companies with antitrust and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) compliance for financings and other complex transactions. With more than 25 years as an antitrust attorney, as well as his experience as a litigator with the Federal Trade Commission, he brings extensive hands-on experience to clients who need HSR pre-merger advice and recovery strategies. planning for the management of regulatory filings. Kinzelman also has significant experience in successfully leading investors, funds and companies on compliance with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and through the CFIUS process.
